These By-laws set out the specific rules that govern the obligations of each member of APCO.
Refunds on card transactions will be returned to the same account used for the original sale where that account can be identified.
Refunds shall only be given using one of the following methods:
- Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT); or
Under no circumstances will the APC give cash refunds.
The APC will provide a full refund (less the costs of any administration or liabilities incurred by the APC) for cancellations of workshops and events where written notice of no less than 14 days prior to the event is provided.
