National Packaging Covenant Council Annual Report
The National Packaging Covenant Council (NPCC) is required to evaluate and report annually on achievements against Covenant goals, overarching targets and KPIs. They must also report on issues affecting the Covenant, performance of Covenant signatories and overall management of the Covenant. Reporting on Covenant funds and project outcomes is also an important component.
The NPCC reports are presented to the Environment Protection and Heritage Council (EPHC) and are used by the Environmental Ministers to assess the effectiveness of the Covenant and to drive change in the future.
